Each session runs for 50 minutes and costs $245 during business hours and $270 for after hours sessions (5pm onwards). Medicare rebates (currently $141.85 per session) are available for up to 10 sessions per calendar year with a Mental Health Care Plan referral from your GP or a referral from your psychiatrist. Quiet Minds Psychology is not a bulk billing practice. You may be entitled to private health insurance rebates, but check with your insurer first.

We currently offer face-to-face appointments during business hours in our St Kilda Road Towers office. We also offer business hours telehealth appointments via a secure online platform similar to Zoom. We hope to have some after hours telehealth appointments become available in the next few months.

Quiet Minds Psychology is not currently accepting referrals for individuals under the age of 18 years, or those with NDIS, Workcover, TAC, VOCAT, or DVA referrals. We are also unable to provide letters or reports such as those for legal, insurance, or Centrelink purposes.
